Ganz London und Paris stehen Kopf, wenn diese unwiderstehliche Bande losstürmt, um den abscheulichen Plan der herrlich schrecklichen Cruella de Vil und des hundsgemeinen französischen Couturiers Monsieur Le Pelt zu verhindern. Denn Cruella, die eigentlich geheilt schien, ist jetzt gefährlicher als je zuvor. Wer wird es am Ende schaffen, Sieger nach Punkten zu werden?
