Walkabout
Mitten in der Ödnis Australiens eröffnet ein Mann das Feuer auf seine Kinder, ein Junge und ein Mädchen, verbrennt sein Auto und tötet sich anschließend selbst. Einsam und verloren irren die zwei Kinder durch das australische Outback. Dort treffen sie auf einen Aborigine-Jungen, der eines Rituals wegen von seinem Stamm getrennt wurde und ebenfalls alleine auf sich gestellt ist. Stets bei sich haben die Kinder ein Transistor-Radio.
