Ein amerikanischer Flugzeugträger ist im Pazifik unterwegs, einzig und allein mit der Mission, die Japaner abzulenken. Bei der Besatzung sorgt dieser Umstand für Frustration, denn viel lieber würden sie sich im Kampf beweisen. Aber sie sollen ihre Chacne noch bekommen!
