Arthur Morgan „Arto“ Lindsay (* 28. Mai 1953) ist ein US-amerikanischer Gitarrist, Sänger, Musikproduzent und Komponist experimenteller Musik. Bekannt wurde er Ende der 1970er-Jahre als Mitglied der New Yorker No-Wave-Gruppe DNA. Er hat eine unverwechselbare, sanfte Stimme und einen oft rauen, autodidaktischen Gitarrenstil, der fast ausschließlich aus erweiterten Spieltechniken besteht. Brian Olewnick beschrieb ihn als „bewusst naiv … und klingt wie ein uneheliches Kind von Derek Bailey“. Sein Gitarrenspiel kontrastiert häufig mit sanfteren, sinnlichen brasilianischen Musikthemen.
