John Abraham ist ein indischer Filmschauspieler, Produzent und ein ehemaliges Model, das in Hindi-Filmen auftritt. Nach Modelltätigkeiten für zahlreiche Werbespots und Unternehmen gab Abraham sein Filmdebüt mit Jism (2003), was ihm eine Nominierung für den Filmfare Best Debut Award einbrachte. Es folgte sein erster kommerzieller Erfolg, Dhoom (2004). Er erhielt zwei Filmfare Awards.
