The move towards modernization isn’t limited to the executive team; the entire company is undergoing a transformation. While the familiar atmosphere remains, notepads, answering machines, and other outdated technologies are disappearing for good—or at least, that is the ambition driving this renewal effort.

The pickle plant is currently undergoing a major overhaul: the flooring is being completely replaced, and the vinegar system is being extensively modernized. Despite this work, production continues unabated. We are also introducing some new team members. Frans, an experienced and exacting professional, is being joined by newcomer Daniël, who is beginning his training as a maintenance technician under the guidance of the expert and seasoned Richard.
