House Near the Ring Road

The story of Kolya Fedotov, a student at the very same vocational school where Ksenia, Sarantsev, and Semyon Zolotov—who have rented a wooden cottage on Sirenevaya Street for the summer—work as instructors. Due to a conflict with his father, the boy leaves his family home. The ability to understand him and truly help him defines the moral character of each of the film’s characters—and, above all, that of Nadezhda Kazimirovna, the owner of the old house.
