Allí vive con el mayordomo Higgins, un exmilitar con el que se lleva como el perro y el gato, pero a pesar de todo siempre terminan haciendo las paces. Magnum se dedica a resolver grandes casos, contando siempre con la incondicional ayuda de sus compañeros Rick y TC, e incluso con la ayuda de Higgins.
