M3GAN 2.0
Sono passati due anni da quando M3GAN, un prodigio dell’intelligenza artificiale, si è ribellata scatenando una serie di omicidi ed è stata distrutta. Nel frattempo, la sua creatrice, Gemma, è diventata un’autrice di successo e una figura di spicco nella battaglia per la regolamentazione dell’intelligenza artificiale, mentre sua nipote Cady, ormai quattordicenne, disobbedisce sempre di più alle rigide regole di Gemma. Quello che entrambe ignorano è che la tecnologia di M3GAN è stata rubata e sfruttata da una potente azienda della difesa per creare Amelia, un’arma d’infiltrazione letale e intelligente. Ma, man mano che Amelia sviluppa autoconsapevolezza, diventa sempre meno disposta a eseguire ordini, e sempre meno incline a tollerare la presenza degli esseri umani. Con il destino dell’umanità in bilico, Gemma capisce che l’unica speranza è riportare in vita M3GAN, migliorandola con nuovi aggiornamenti per renderla

$25 million dollar budget for this is extreme. I enjoyed the first Megan, but I don't think this second one was necessary. It felt repetitive and gimmicky. I do love all the actors though and think I'd love to see them in more traditional horror.
This film is incredibly exciting, I really can't wait to see where the story goes. 1 AI is out to control and out destroy our control over is anybodys guess. The original is out to catch and destroy her in order to get a 2nd chance at ??? I can't wait to see if I can feel my way through this one.
