La corruzione nelle carceri é una cosa nota, ma quando Jack Conrad, condannato a morte e "ospite" di un carcere del Centro America, viene comprato da un produttore televisivo per diventare protagonista, insieme ad altri 9 condannati a morte provenienti da tutto il mondo, di un reality show, viene superato ogni limite. I dieci detenuti saranno portati in un'isola deserta e dovranno ammazzarsi a vicenda, il sopravvissuto guadagnerà la libertà...
