I 9 di Dryfork City
Un gruppo di improbabili compagni di viaggio si ritrova sulla stessa diligenza per Cheyenne. Si tratta di un medico ubriacone, una barista cacciata dalla città, un giocatore d'azzardo professionista, un venditore ambulante di liquori, un banchiere che ha deciso di appropriarsi del denaro, un pistolero in cerca di vendetta e una giovane donna che sta per raggiungere il marito capitano dell'esercito. Tutti hanno dei segreti, ma quando vengono attaccati da un gruppo di guerrieri indiani e poi da una famiglia di fuorilegge, scoprono che devono lavorare tutti insieme se vogliono rimanere vivi.
