Chaos Walking
In un futuro distopico, Todd è stato portato a credere che la Spackle abbia diffuso un virus in grado di sterminare tutte le donne e di rendere udibili i pensieri del resto dell'umanità. Dopo aver scoperto una zona di silenzio, Todd viene invitato dai genitori adottivi a scappare portando con sé solo la mappa del Nuovo Mondo, un messaggio e molte domande senza risposte. Presto scopre che la fonte del silenzio è una ragazza di nome Viola. Loro compito sarà quello di avvisare una navicella di coloni in arrivo di come il sindaco Prentiss stia preparando un esercito per un'imminente guerra.
