Una reporter sta realizzando un servizio in una stazione di pompieri con l'intenzione di far conoscere il loro lavoro e la loro vita. Angela e il suo cameraman accompagnano quindi una squadra in un intervento che solo in un primo momento sembra essere di routine, che che ben presto si trasformerà in un vero incubo. Intrappolati all'interno dell'edificio, i pompieri e l'equipe televisiva dovranno affrontare un orrore sconosciuto e letale, qualcosa di terribilmente sinistro e maligno che si sta espandendo senza controllo.
