12の地区より12歳から18歳までの男女一組を選出し、最後の1人になるまで戦わせる独裁国家パネムが実施する「ハンガー・ゲーム」。男女ペアで勝者となったカットニス（ジェニファー・ローレンス）とピータ（ジョシュ・ハッチャーソン）は、凱旋（がいせん）ツアーで各地区を回る中で、自分たちを反国家の象徴として捉える民衆の思い、静かに広がっている革命への動きを感じる。同様に国民の変化を悟ったスノー大統領（ドナルド・サザーランド）は、カットニス抹殺をひそかな目的にした歴代勝者結集の新ゲームを開催させる。

Awesome movie!
I still do not agree with the 9 and 10 star ratings but I feel this movie is slightly better than the first one. This is primarily because Jennifer Lawrence’s character is more mature and she seems more comfortable in the role. She is no longer an immature, naive and lost child. At least not most of the time. The entire setup is still as ludicrous as before. It is a silly and depressing backgro…
More of the same stuff. Lawrence is not bad and I think Josh Hutcherson is a great discovering but that's mostly it.
