結婚式の最中、元仲間の暗殺集団に夫とおなかの子どもを殺されたザ・ブライド。これまで集団の2人に復讐し、残る敵はバド、エル、そして一味のボス、ビルだけとなる。ザ・ブライドは以前、ビルと愛し合い、一人前の殺し屋に育てられた過去があった。殺し屋稼業から足を洗ったバドが住むトレーラーハウスに襲撃をかけたザ・ブライドは、逆に返り討ちに遭う。そしてバドに生きたまま棺桶に入れられ、墓地に埋められてしまうが……。
