할로윈 H20: 20년 후
1968년 8월 13일 금요일 할로윈 데이. 여섯살 소년 마이클은 부모 몰래 남자 친구와 밀회를 즐긴 누나를 살해한다. 이사건으로 정신병원에 들어간 마이클은 탈출을 시도하고, 또 다시 살인극을 벌인다. 마이클에게서 살아남은 사람은 또 그의 다른 누나 케리(Laurie Strode/Keri Tate: 제이미 리 커티스 분)와 간호사 마리온(Marion Wittington: 낸시 스티븐스 분) 뿐. 20년이 흘러 생존자 중 한 명인 마리온이 할로윈 데이를 며칠 앞둔 저녁 누군가에게 무참히 살해당한다. 한편 마이클을 피해 교통사고로 사망한 한 것처럼 위장한 채 이름까지 바꾸고 학교장으로 살아가는 케리의 곁엔 연인 윌(Will Brennan: 아담 아킨 분)과 아들 존(John Tate: 조쉬 하트넷 분)이 있지만 과거의 충격은 여전히 그녀를 괴롭힌다. 아들 존의 17번째 생일과 할로윈 데이가 찾아온다. 학생들은 할로윈 기념 캠프를 떠나고 남은 사람은 케리와 윌, 그리고 엄마 몰래 할로윈 파티를 즐기려는 아들과 친구들뿐이다. 케리는 과거로부터 마이클이 되돌아왔음을 깨닫고 복수를 다짐하며 도끼를 든다. 20년을 쫓고 쫓기던 두 남매의 마지막 전쟁이 드디어 시작되는데...

Of course we all know now that _H20_ went on to have a sequel, a reboot, a sequel to the reboot, and another _Halloween_ film coming out next year, but props to _Twenty Years Later_ for at least *trying* to end the franchise.
