더 레치드: 악령의 저주
부모가 이혼한 뒤 엄마 집에서 생활하는 17살 벤은, 방학을 맞아 케스케이드의 바다 마을에 살고 있는 아빠 리암의 집으로 간다. 벤은 리암의 옆집에 젊은 부부가 어린 아들 딜론 그리고 아기와 함께 살고 있는 것을 보게 된다. 가족 선착장에서 일하는 아빠를 도와주던 벤은 그곳에서 일하는 소녀 맬로리와 친구가 되고, 선착장에 나온 이웃 소년 딜론과도 인사를 나눈다. 한편 옆집 부인 애비가 숲 속에서 죽은 사슴을 집으로 가져온 그날 밤, 사슴의 시체에서 미지의 끔찍한 존재가 빠져나와 애비의 집으로 몰래 들어간다. 그리고 그 날 이후 부부의 아기는 어디론가 사라지고 애비는 이상하게 변해간다. 무섭게 변한 엄마 애비를 피해 딜론은 벤의 집으로 도망가고 그 모습을 본 벤은 옆 집에 무언가 이상한 일이 일어났음을 느끼게 된다. 그때부터 벤은 옆집을 은밀하게 감시하기 시작하는데...
