Philip Anthony Hopkins, (Port Talbot, West Glamorgan, 31 de dezembro de 1937) é um ator galês. Considerado como um dos maiores atores em atividade, Hopkins é ganhador de dois Oscars de melhor ator principal, e mais conhecido por interpretar o serial killer canibal, Hannibal Lecter, em O Silêncio dos Inocentes (vencendo o Oscar de Melhor Ator), sua sequência Hannibal e sua prequela Red Dragon.
