Monte Kristo Kontu
Edmond Dantes dürüst ve saf bir denizcidir. Huzur dolu yaşamında güzeller güzeli Mercedes ile evlenme planları yapmaktadır. Ancak sakin yaşamı Mercedes’i kendisi için isteyen en iyi arkadaşı Fernand’ın ihanetiyle bir anda darmadağın olur. İşlemediği bir suçtan yargılanarak kendisini İf adıyla bilinen ünlü ada hapishanesinde bulur. Bundan sonrasında onu 13 yıl devam edecek bir kabus beklemektedir. Ada hapishanesinde geçen zor günlerinde o güne dek inandığı doğru ve yanlış kavramlarını terk eder. Artık sadece ve sadece ihanet edenlerden intikam alma düşüncesine odaklanmıştır.
