Amerikan Başkanı Bill Mitchell hastalanınca gizli servis, bir günlüğüne onun yerine geçmesi için ona ikizi gibi benzeyen Dave Kovic’i bulur. Plan iyi gitmekte ve Dave başkanın yerini doldurmaktadır. Ancak başkan komaya girince, Dave’in görev süresi uzar. Başkanın karısıyla olan ilişkisini düzeltmesi ve ülkeyi başarıyla yönetmesi gerekmektedir.

TMDB üzerinde tümünü görA lovely romantic comedy in that true eighties style. A little charmer of a movie starring the ever-watchable Kevin Kline. I'll admit I'm pretty old-fashioned and, even in today's evil world, I cling to the hope there are still good-hearted people out there somewhere. This is one of those movies keeping that hope alive. Let the soft side of you out and enjoy this film.
