Akira
Yıl 2019. 3. Dünya Savaşı'ndan 31 yıl sonra. Yıkılan Tokyo yerine yapılan Neo-Tokyo'da kaos hüküm sürmektedir. Polis ve hükümet güçleri yeraltı örgütlerine karşı mücadele etmektedirler. Kaneda ve motosiklet çetesi, otoriteyi hiçe sayarak bildikleri gibi yaşamakta ve zamanalarını serserilik etmekle geçirmektedirler. Birgün çete üyesi Tetsuo, küçük bir çocuğun da bulunduğu bir kazaya karışır ve ağır yaralanır.
