Orta yaşı çoktan geçmiş, evli ve çocuklu Amerikalı aktör Bob bir reklam çekimi için Japonya’ya gelir. Tokyo’da kaldığı otelde bir başka Amerikalı ile fotoğrafçı kocasının peşinden buraya gelmiş olan sevimli ama ciddi Charlotte ile tanışır. Dillerine ve kültürlerine uzak oldukları bu insanların ülkesinde fazlasıyla yabancı olan ve iletişimsizlik denizinde boğulan bu iki yabancı, bir Tokyo haftasonunda birdenbire yakınlaşacaklardır.

TMDB üzerinde tümünü görOk movie Lovers. If you didn't like The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, then don't even bother with Lost in Translation. The jokes are dry and the dialogue is weak.
