Birbirini tanımayan on iki yabancı bir anda ormanlık bir alanda uyanır. Nerede olduklarını veya oraya nasıl gittiklerini hiçbiri hatırlamamaktadır. Daha da önemlisi çok özel bir amaç için seçilmiş olduklarını bilmemektelerdir. Karanlık bir internet komplo teorisinin gölgesinde, bir grup küresel elit sosyete üyesi spor için insanları avlama etkinliği düzenlemektedir. "Av" adını verdikleri bu etkinlik için de ilk kez bir araya gelmişlerdir. Devasa bir ormanlık alanda kaçmaya çalışan 12 kişiyi tek tek avlamayı hedeflemektedirler. Fakat bu seçkin zenginlerin kötücül planı raydan çıkarılmak üzeredir. Avlananlardan biri olan Crystal, bu tehlikeli oyunu bütün avcılardan daha iyi bilmektedir. Tek tek avcıları ava dönüştüren genç kadın, birer birer avcıları elerken tüm bu planın ortasındaki gizemli kadına doğru adım adım ilerlemeye başlar.
