南博万是一位企业高管，但在北京生活尚不算富裕，于是打算租出一间卧室赚些零花钱。百里千川（艺名）是一个不温不火的男团组合成员，相貌不出众，却总做着一夜爆红的美梦。机缘巧合下，南博万成了百里千川的房东。为了走红，百里千川想尽各种招数，不惜走上网红直播的道路，但迟迟没有引起关注。直到有一天，百里千川直播的时候，南博万从他身后走过，身上仅围了一条浴巾，广大腐女们误以为两人关系非常，百里千川也因此吸了不少粉。于是，尝到甜头的百里千川，开始走上和南博万人前恩爱，人后冤家的道路，二人发生了一系列啼笑皆非的故事。
